Dynamic Marketing Partners is a management consulting firm focused on the mortgage industry. It was formed to help address some growing requirements for mortgage professionals. During years of working as mortgage brokers and bankers, the founding partners of the company identified a few critical needs for ancillary services – services that most mortgage brokers and bankers cannot provide to their staff while running the day-to-day operations of their business. Three of these critical needs are:

  1. Comprehensive training for non-mortgage business professionals desiring to enter the lucrative mortgage marketplace.

Introduction to the Industry

As with any business, entry into the marketplace can be difficult if there is not a clear path cleared for the entrant. Many businesses have ‘franchises’ that have the path to success clearly defined. The mortgage industry does not have such a plan. Most individuals entering the mortgage industry must start out as a loan officer, and only hope that they get some training on how the industry works.
